Komagataella phaffii strains
Available strains include Mut+ and Mutˢ wild-type strains, protease deficient strains, strains for antibiotic-free selection, strains for enhanced targeted integrations and glyco-engineered strains.

Biocatalysts
Bisy offers different recombinant biocatalysts including lipases, fungal and human Cytochrome P450s, a collection of unspecific peroxygenases (UPOs) and horse radish peroxidase (HRP) and variants thereof. The world’s largest UPO collection is commercialized by bisy and its partner company Aminoverse B.V.

Vectors
The bisy expression vector toolbox includes vectors with constitutive, methanol-inducible or de-repressible (methanol - independent) promotors. Vectors are available as integrative or episomal expression system as well as for intracellular or secreted production of target proteins. For the efficient secretion of target proteins different secretions signals are offered. Beside various antibiotic selection markers, auxotrophic markers for antibiotic independent selection are available.
Bisy offers bidirectional promotor libraries for simultaneously co-expression of different target proteins. Various combination of promotors with different inductions mechanisms are available.
